Shipping policy

Domestic US customers are charged a flat shipping rate via USPS or UPS. Local pickups in Long Beach, California are free, and handled on a case by case basis. Please contact us before selecting local pickup at checkout.

 International customers please email contact@auribusacoustics.com to confirm availability in your region and viable shipping options before selecting international shipping at checkout. If there is no local retailer available, the customer is responsible for all customs, tariffs, taxes, and other international shipping costs. Even if there is no shipping option for your region at checkout, or local retailer in our dealers program, shipping may still be available to your region upon request.
